He has also built a lucrative property management company and sold it to one of the most powerful families in Philadelphia.
He hosts a popular YouTube web series called Masters of the Market or MOM, where he interviews top real estate investors in the Philadelphia and South Jersey areas.
Ian describes how got inspired by the book Rich Dad Poor Dad and decided to learn more about real estate investing. Ian went on to get his real estate license as he is a self taught investor who learned about the business through trial and error.
