What Our Member/Investors Say About Us When We’re Not Around…
I am a real estate investor here in Philadelphia. I’ve been investing for about 13 years now, but one pivotal part that changed my trajectory is when I joined Better Than Success real estate. After joining Better Than Success real estate, I was introduced to business funding, contractors, and just the overall community.
It really helped cuz that next year after joining BTS, I purchased 12 houses, which was still one of my better years in my career. I’ve been a member since I wanna say four years, I was a part of the second or third meeting and I haven’t turned back since I wanna say thank you to Nicole Jabbar and everyone else and the BTS family. Thank you..
– Lorenzo
I’ve been a member of the Better Than Success real estate league for a little over a year. I’m a real estate consultant and investor in the Philadelphia area. The league has provided me with several resources, networking opportunities, and it’s just a plethora of information and knowledge.
Within the group itself. Whenever I have a real estate question or just wanna run something past some knowledgeable people, the group is always there to support me. I love it. And it’s been one of the best real estate investments I’ve made this far.
– Camille
I am an accountant by trade and my niche is real estate. And I became a member of BTS about a year ago because I wanted to get into real estate investing and being intentional. So we have a couple of rental properties, but I like to say that we are investors by accident because those properties were kind of our primary residents and then we moved. And so we have, we have those rentals from that. So I wanted to join BTS to be more intentional with my investing. And so I am happy to report that I have opened and funded my SD IRA, and I’m gonna be making my first purchase through my SDIRA . And so I’m very excited.
That’s like a major thing that I got from BTS. I love the community. I love learning. I love the videos and everybody is so helpful and I’ve learned a lot. And so I’ve been a member for about a year. And if you guys are considering it, I definitely would recommend it because you learn a lot and it’s a great place to be part of a community.
And for real estate investing. So here’s my testimony for BTS. I love them. And as you can see, I am a fan.
– Attiyah
I just wanna take a quick moment to give a shout out to Better Than Success Nicole Purvy and my BTS family. I just want all of you to know how much of a support and inspiration you’ve been to me personally, literally from day one of joining the group, which I call family.
I acquired connections and bonds, through BTS beyond the monetary wealth, the support, the resources it’s nothing more refreshing than finding your tribe, people that get how you think and can be an encouragement.
And, inspiration through their daily strength, Nicole, continue to press forward. You are a pioneer and there are many following you and being inspired by your strength. Thank you, BTS.

Lives We Have Changed With BTS
New investors often underestimate the good, the bad and the ugly. I believe so. I believe so getting into real estate is perceived as being this whole sexy thing. Like this potential of getting the bag of making the money. And many times, if you don’t do the research, if you don’t have mentors, if you’re not looking at industry experts, if you’re not studying.
Then that’s all you see is the glitz in the glamor. And you have this misnomer that is gonna happen fast and the cash is gonna be flowing and I’m gonna be living my best life is not as simple as that. For example, bad properties. It took us three decades to really build the machine that we have. There are pitfalls that many times are not talked about.
There is a misnomer and a gap between the dream and the reality.
Better Than Success. Definitely does a great job in exposing the good, the bad and the ugly of real estate through its members and through its leadership. There is a form where we can chat, talk, and share a network. If someone is looking for a plumber, if someone’s looking for a HVAC person, if someone has an issue with zoning and is a headache it’s shared in that, in that, in that online community.
So you can get the flavor, you can get the anguish, you can get the anger, you can get the pissed offness, but you can also give and share in the excitement of the accomplishment. I just bought a property today. You know, they accepted my bid. So, you know, BTS creates that community where you can get firsthand knowledge and engagement about the real deal.
– Ms. Kim
I mean for anyone looking to get into real estate in whatever shape or form they wish to do. So. I mean, not some people want to be wholesalers, investors, realtors, I would say, take the risk and just go for it. One of my favorite quotes is doubt kills more dreams than failure ever will by Susie Cain.
Most of the time people think that they have to have everything in order. And learn absolutely everything before they need to take that first step. You take the leap to bet on yourself. Another one of my favorite coats is that I never lose. Right. I either win or learn Nelson Mandela. Taking that approach to just jumping in, you know, letting the results fall where they are is probably the best thing that you can do because you’ll always learn something and you’ll always get back.
– Watson
I literally talked to Nicole. Dan, I’ve talked to Dan for five years every day. I’ve not missed a day talking to investors and people from better success every day. I post in Better Than Success every morning, between five and seven o’clock for the last five years, I’ve never missed a day. I always post whatever questions I can answer.
I answer. So I have a lifetime friend. I’ve done investments with better success members. We’ve had a property. I picked up for like 36,000. I sold it to the group, but for 40 or 50, I picked it up for like 30. We got the property, we rehabbed the property. I got the contract due to work. We did a group buy-in and I think everybody got a 40% return on the money they put in, you know, went there every day, made sure the contract’s doing his job.
We listed it with a member of the group, Michael, who has his own brokerage all the time. Whenever I need help or they need help. We’re always there for each other from Better Than Success.
– Jabbar
She helped me to learn about real estate. My wife and I actually own a bakery and we have an accountant. We were speaking and she explained to us, Hey Kyle, I, I, I think you might wanna get into real estate. And I have a really good organization that you might want to come and take a look at.
I was like, okay, cool. What’s the name of it? She said, it’s BTS. They have meetings. And you can come to one of the meetings and take a listen to see if it’s something that you would wanna get into. Came to one of the meetings I realized, Hey. The biggest part about BTS was the knowledge and the wisdom that they give you.
I’m a numbers guy. I actually went to school for engineering. So I’m very much told what to do, how to format it. We do it. And we execute. That’s kind of how BTS was for me. They said, well, if you do A, B and C, you get the results. I said, okay, well, let me go out and do A, let me go out and do B, let me go out and do C and I should see some results.
