Ryan is the Business Manager for the Labors’ District Council of Philadelphia and Vicinity, the Chairman of the Delaware River Port Authority, and President of the Coalition of Black Trade Unionists and Phila Building Trades.
Ryan is extremely politically active. His Political Action committee is the number donor to black candidates in the state of Pennsylvania and has been responsible for ushering dozens of politicians to victory. His three passions are the development of young entrepreneurs, the development community and spending time with his family.
