What is the Women in Real Estate (WIRE) Summit 2023?
Presented by Better Than Success, the 4th Women in Real Estate Summit is a power-packed, one-day immersion into the world of real estate investing. Featuring a stellar lineup of accomplished women real estate investors, this event is dedicated to providing both men and women, whether seasoned investors or those aspiring, with the tools and strategies to reach their real estate investment goals and amass wealth through property.
THE PROBLEM: With over seven years of experience running the Better Than Success Real Estate League, we’ve identified recurring patterns in people’s behavior that hinder them from entering the real estate market.
The top five obstacles preventing individuals from achieving their real estate ambitions are:

- Fear (particularly the fear of investing in a bad deal)
- Self-Doubt
- Having all the pieces but struggling to piece them together effectively
THE SOLUTION: This summit is poised to resolve all five challenges for attendees, providing them with a meticulously crafted experience where they can enter with no resources and exit with an analyzed, fully funded, and contractually secured property. Structured unlike any event before, the SUMMIT comprises three distinct sections, all culminating in “THE CONCLAVE” – a two-hour session at the summit’s close. During this exclusive segment, attendees can gain preapproval from funding experts and hard money lenders, explore deals presented by wholesalers and agents, and collaborate with a title company to finalize agreements (put the property under contract).
PLEASE NOTE: All vendors in THE CONCLAVE operate independently of BTS and its subsidiaries. BTS will not endorse any deals, but our coaching staff will be available to address deal analysis queries.
