About this Class
A wise (and very wealthy) man once said that successful real estate developers are very good at 2 things: Finance and Construction Management. This class is the answer to 1/2 of the formula.
The Comprehensive Accelerated Construction Management Course is a 4-week intensive course designed to teach real estate investors and investor hopefuls to manage and GC their own real estate rehabs. Participants who complete the program will receive a Construction and Real Estate Project Management Certificate of Completion from Better Than Success. Taught by experienced Real Estate Developers Julia Choseed and Nicole Purvy this accelerated curriculum will positively change the lives of all who attend.

Instructor Julia Choseed
The many hats of Julia Choseed include Real Estate Developer, Investor, Designer, and Consultant. Julia is the founder of Brickhouse Builders, a real estate development company that focuses on investing in Philadelphia’s Strawberry Mansion neighborhood. In 2016, Julia purchased her first property with $11 in her bank account and quit her job the same day. Since then, she’s developed millions in real estate. Throughout her successful career in real estate, Julia has flipped, rented, wholesaled, designed, and GC-ed other investors’ projects until she ultimately found that her passion lies in Design and Mentorship. In addition to offering Design Services and Investor Consultations, she developed and teaches a Comprehensive Accelerated Construction Management Certification course in conjunction with Better Than Success, that she offers 3 times a year.
Instructor Nicole Purvy
Nicole Purvy is an active real estate developer and investor who has purchased, developed, and holds over $5M in real estate investments. She is also the owner of Heritage City Construction, a general contracting firm specializing in 1-4 family property full-gut renovations. Nicole is the founder of the Better Than Success (BTS) Real Estate League, a national real estate club that educates new and experienced real estate investors to build wealth and cash flow through real estate. While growing BTS, Nicole also founded Philly Real Estate Week, an annual week-long celebration of real estate investing and home buying in Philadelphia, and the Women in Real Estate Summit, an annual one-day intensive real estate investing event that features an all-star line-up of women real estate investors. She is also the co-founder of BTS Funding, a commercial mortgage brokerage.
