If you’re still managing your own social media accounts, you may feel overwhelmed by the responsibility of doing that plus all the work it takes to actually run your business. Using social media tools is a great way to make life easier when it comes to running your business’ social media accounts. Of course, it’s not an easy task looking for social media tools or wasting your hard-earned dollars for a floppy tool. Don’t get frustrated or just throw the task of finding the right tool to the side. You need social media tools to help enhance your productivity.
As a social media manager, I’ll give you three tools I love to use for my client’s accounts.
Buffer App
This tool is super easy to use! I typically use Buffer for scheduling my posts to Twitter, Facebook, and Pinterest throughout the day. Unlike, Post-Planner you can actually post to your LinkedIn account. Buffer is defiantly worth every penny you spend on it and they continuously find new ways to make your job easier. Let’s not forget, Buffer provides you with detailed analytics on each account you have connected.
Buzzsumo
I love Buzzsumo! The tool was created to be a search tool that tracks content on all social networking sites and ranks them based on the number of shares on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google+, and Pinterest. It monitors content by topic or user and uses an advanced search engine to deliver accurate results. Whenever, your business is lack content to post, Buzzsumo is always a great fill in to help keep your site moving. In addition, you always want to post at least one article by a peer in your industry to create organic relationships on social media. The organic relationship will potentially lead to follower engagement increase: more shares and followers gained.
Narrow. IO
This tool is great for all the Twitter accounts that you handle. Sadly, Narrow can only be used for Twitter, however, it will help decrease the amount of time you spend liking and following users to increase engagement. Narrow uses a few modern marketing techniques to help grow your targeted audience. Yes, this tool does all the work for you to increase your followers. All you have to do is plug-in a few keywords relevant to your industry, wait 24 hours, and *waves magic wand* you just gained 20 followers without clicking all through twitter.
(BTW, check out this great video below that will teach you how to build a strong Twitter following using Narrow)
Hopefully, these tools become your favorite as they have become mine over of the past year. From personal experience, Buffer, Buzzsumo, Narrow.IO are the best tools in the game as of now. Each tool serves it’s own purpose whether it’s scheduling, researching, or increasing user engagement it is defiantly worth every dollar. Remember, life of a social media manager can get hectic, but it’s nothing a few tools can’t do to make it easier.
